## About
Indepak was founded in 1967 by Dave and Jan Aho, who acquired a small packaging business and grew it into one of the leading precision thermoforming companies in the United States. The company has over 50 years of experience in designing and manufacturing complex thermoformed shapes with a high level of detail and consistency.

Dave Aho's talent for mechanical engineering resulted in pioneering breakthroughs in producing high-value thermoformed products. In June 2022, Sinclair & Rush, Inc. completed the acquisition of Indepak Corporation, integrating it into the global Sinclair & Rush family of companies alongside VisiPak, StockCap, and GripWorks.

Indepak holds ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 14001 (environmental management), and FSSC 22000 (food safety) certifications. The company is committed to environmental sustainability and is located in Portland, Oregon, a center of environmental innovation. All products are made in the USA.
